Shipping & Delivery

Handling & Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched Monday to Friday between 10:00am – 5:00pm AEST.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 business day once payment has cleared. Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the next business day.

All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship all domestic orders with Australia Post.

  • Free shipping on orders over $200
  • Standard shipping: $15
  • Express shipping: $20

Estimated delivery times:

  • Express: 1–3+ business days
  • Standard: 2–6 business days

Shipping rates include packaging and handling to ensure your order arrives safely.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery is outside of our control and delays may occur.

Bulky Items

Some products — including grow tents, large lighting setups, growing media, and bulk nutrient orders — may require a separate shipping quote.

If your order includes bulky items:

  • We’ll contact you after packing with a shipping quote
  • Your order will be dispatched once the shipping cost is confirmed and paid

These items may take slightly longer to process and may be shipped via a specialised courier.

International Orders

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Estimated delivery times range from:

  • 7 days to 4 weeks

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the receiver.

Delays may occur due to customs processing or disruptions within the global postal network.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

If your order is delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly:

  • Contact us and we’ll assist where possible
  • We also recommend lodging an enquiry directly with Australia Post or your local carrier

As the recipient, you may have more success working directly with the carrier in your region.

Important Information

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be redirected or have the delivery address changed
  • Orders are considered final once dispatched, unless they arrive damaged or faulty
  • We do not offer refunds for delays caused by postal carriers

Network Disruptions

Shipping networks can occasionally be affected by external events such as international conflicts, strikes, or logistical disruptions. While we’ll always do our best to stay informed and assist where possible, some delays are outside of our control.
